Massage for Babies' infant massage teacher training four day course is recognised by an independent organisation which has assessed our teaching.

It is validated by IPTI (Independent Professional Therapists International) and approved by Embody CThA (Complementary Therapists Association).

Students who complete the baby massage training course successfully will receive a certificate bearing the IPTI logo , qualifying them to teach parents how to massage their babies and to obtain professional insurance.

IPTI has been looking after the need of therapists since 1982 and serves practitioners of over 300 different therapies.

It looks after the professional interests of practitioners in regulation and national representation, professional development and the development and acceptance of therapies with other organisations.

Massage for Babies' baby massage training course was first approved independently in 2002, following a rigorous assessment of the teaching plan, teaching material, class management, student instruction and student support.

More than 200 health service and local authority staff who have completed our short courses have been awarded Massage for Babies certificates that are valid while they are working for their sponsoring employer.

“I have received my certificate. I am looking forward to strengthening my skills and doing my first group session. Thanks for all your time, teaching and support.”
